Step-1
The property owner contacts Harivira Infra and enters into an arrangement with Harivira Infra to manage/rent-out/sell the property (Flat/Bungalow) on the property owner’s behalf.
Step-2
House owner hands over keys and relevant property documents to the Harivira Infra operations team assigned to the property.
Step-3
The operations team at Harivira Infra looks for tenants/buyer who have a solid history.
Step-4
Following the potential tenant’s/buyer’s agreement, Harivira Infra performs the following:
a) A tenant/buyer background check.
b) Obtain the owner’s approval along with verification of the background investigation.
Step-5
Harivira Infra creates the rental/sale agreement for the tenant/buyer and the property owner to sign after the potential tenant/buyer has been successfully verified.
Step-6
Harivira Infra keeps the property up to date till the contract’s conclusion.
